The coordinates put you right in front of the giant door at the top of the stairs, at the Gate of the August Celestials. If you don't see the giant stone guy, wait for him to respawn.
Yes, just kill the four Soul Renders during the ritual (if you're on a crowded server you can kill only one while others kill the other 3) and you'll get that quest completed.
