In Hallowfall, at 60.5/60.1, do the quests for Maera Ashyld until you get the quest "Time Lost".
Complete this quest and you'll get the "Tarnished Compass", along with the "Plush Lynx" and the "Broken Bracelet".
This quests shows the seriousness of the Quality Assurance team...
After turning it in, it literally says :
"Despite the damage left by time and nature, the needle still points towards Beledar."
Beledar is located to the west.
Then you put it on the ground and the needle points southeast / northwest (mostly north).
I know this is a small detail but just feels stupid. They could just turn the compass like 80 degrees to fix it.
