<A floating missive hangs before you, written in a flowing magical script. At first, it appears to be nonsense.

As you approach the parchment, the words shift and change, and a message forms.>

The Magisters request your presence at Thalassian University. Please proceed to the upper levels overlooking the harbor.

This concerns a private matter of minor urgency.
