The Bloodcursed Naga is an Alliance-only quest for level 1-30 in Bloodmyst Isle. It is step 35 of 38 in the Bloodmyst Isle storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Bloodmyst Isle at 79.1, 22.7. It rewards 1 reputation reward and 4,100 experience.

Description

They say when the world was sundered, this land cried the loudest. It was here that thousands of night elves faded into oblivion and in their place rose terrible creatures of hate - the naga.

Obedient to their twisted queen, Azshara, they would destroy all that would dare pass through their sea. It would remain this way for thousands of years - until now.

The first order of business is to remove the bloodcursed naga from the reef.

If you're a low level herbalist, I would recommend waiting to complete this quest as he will give you the water breathing/swim speed buff over and over. It's great for going around and farming stranglekelp in the surrounding waters.

Last night, Edward Hanes, captain of the ship 'Lost Hope', appeared before me in my tent. The same Edward Hanes that died of scurvy 20 years ago. This apparition told me a tale that made my heart tremble. A tale that I need you to hear and a mission that I need you to accomplish. Will you do it?

  • The Hopeless Ones...Bloodmyst Isle · Level 1-30

On a ledge of the reef, deeper than where you found the bloodcursed naga, you will find the hopeless ones: The bloodcursed voyagers, ghosts of those taken by the bloodcurse. It is regrettable, what I ask of you now... but they must be destroyed and their cursed shells brought back to me.
