For some reason it wasn't completing for me, even after I killed all the requested mobs. Then I walked away from the area and waited for the bonus icon to appear again, when it appeared I came back to the area and it completed.
If you have trouble finding [npc=82196], then look around the southernmost point, where the large stone that has many circles is. They spawn between the purple circles which go around that large stone.
Perfect, had the same issue and this worked for me 2.
