TheWoWDBFor some reason it wasn't completing for me, even after I killed all the requested mobs. Then I walked away from the area and waited for the bonus icon to appear again, when it appeared I came back to the area and it completed.

If you have trouble finding [npc=82196], then look around the southernmost point, where the large stone that has many circles is. They spawn between the purple circles which go around that large stone.
