Mistcallers: literally look for billowing mist. They float above the ground and generate mists around them.

I found most of Mistcallers on the eastern half of the quest area, which is a level above the rest of the area. Reach a hook to get there

Make sure you are actually in the zone for the world quest when killing Mistcallers. I was farther out in the water killing them and did not get credit towards the quest.
