Since 7.3.5, Cenarion Hold got destroyed, but you still can complete this quest if you talk to Zidormi (78,21) and she will transport you to "old" silithus. There you wil be able to turn in the quest :)
On completing this quest, I got 1000 rep for Cenarion Circle, and 500 rep for Brood of Nozdormu (as well as 11,450xp at 66), Mar'alith also does a nice emote:
Commander Mar'alith yells: Soldiers of Kalimdor! Heroes of Silithus! One among you has dealt a vicious blow to our mortal enemies! Aiathonalt and his allies have relieved the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj of its merciless leader! Ossirian the Unscarred, scourge of Silithus, has finally been destroyed and his armies wholly dismantled!
I'm told by people who did this Pre-BC, that 60's and under will get a zone-wide-buff from this...

Description
A terrible menace has been laid to rest. The cruel Ossirian has been vanquished. The denizens of Kalimdor would be relieved to know of this victory. Take Ossirian's head and present it to Commander Mar'alith of Cenarion Hold.
