Finish this quest first before going to complete Challenge of the Masters inside the Master's Cave. Once you complete Challenge of the Masters the NPCs will become neutral to you, but if you kill just one then they'll become hostile once again.
Hmm, I don't have this quest, wonder if I need to upgrade this area first? It's been a while since I've even been in Nagraand and this toon I boosted from lvl 60, so my garrison was boost created...

Description
Hallvalor is the ancestral home o' the Burning Blade clan. Since they be such fast friends, the Warsong allow the blademasters an' their shaman to remain in Nagrand when all o' the other clans are forced out. Blah, blah, blah. I say, if they're the friend o' my enemy, then they're my enemy, and that's all I need to know!
