Ruins of Korune, can be located at Kun-Lai Summit /way 32.53, 25.30. It's fairly similar to Vale of Eternal Blossoms's Guo-Lai Halls, with the trap panels laid out across the floor. They do hurt quite a bit so you may want to try to avoid them.
This unlocked for me between 10410 and 11070 revered reputation; so probably either 10500 or 11000.

Description
Garrosh sent a hundred riders to search the northern coast of Kun-Lai Summit, to seek a mogu crypt matching the one you saw in Shan Kien's memory. Out of those, one found the resting place of the Divine Bell. Blademaster Ishi is leading an advance party to secure the bell now. Go and assist him. Defend that artifact from anyone who might stand in your way! Speak to Tak-Tak without delay. He can take you there.
