This item can only be looted from the heroic version of the instance and all dungeon quests from the Tavern/Inn now require you to kill the last boss in each instance also.
If you are as geared as you can be and/or don't really want to run heroics, you can also complete the dungeon on normal and still get credit for the boss kill required. You then just extend the heroic lockout and run back in on heroic to collect the item.

Good ta see you again, mon! De Cenarion Circle sent Zen'kiki out here ta find some more of dem plants. We not likin' what we be seein' here. If ya find any more of dem leaves, bring one on back. Dey can see right through Zen'kiki's tree disguise, even when he plant himself in da ground! And dat make it harder to run!
