Please note guys, the quest itself doesn't mention it needs to be on Heroic (but Wowhead confirms it does need to be). Don't be a sucker like me and think you can do a sneaky Normal run!
If your group doesn't clear the room to the quest item, don't panic!
It's actually possible to jump over the hill just to the left of where you first zone in and walk along the plateau to the tree where the relic is if you hug the invisible wall along the side of the zone portal.
You can sneak all the way to the "backdoor" of the tree building where the relic is! You won't aggro anything along the back path (the wasps seem to be behind another invisible wall), and you don't even have to have stealth or suicide run to it. You do have to watch for the patrolling TreeMan in (or have some CC ready for it), but once he's out of range you can just run in, grab the relic, and hearth out!
Hope this helps! :)

Description
Ah, hello! Do not look so surprised! Did I not also brave the dangers of the Mogu'shan Vaults? I am more sturdy than I look! I have learned many things of this wonderful place in history already. Did you know that, just like on our world, the titans once came to this place? At least, that is what I believe! Surely there are signs of the titans' presence here, even now. Should you find one, I would very much like to see it!
Getting there
Inside the dungeon: The Everbloom
After the disruption of the Dark Portal, the Kirin Tor realized that to fight the Iron Horde on their own soil, they would need a supply line for reinforcements. Thus, they created outposts across Draenor with magical links back to Azeroth.
Bosses in the Adventure Guide, in order: Witherbark, Ancient Protectors, Archmage Sol, Xeri'tac, Yalnu.
Entrance: Everbloom Wilds, Gorgrond at 59.7, 46.0.
Instance text, bosses and entrances are the client’s Adventure Guide data.
