The quest text here is erroneous. The quest-giver tells you to meet him at Kota Basecamp - he's not there, but back at the Burlap Waystation. I made the mistake of reading the quest text and not looking at the map.
Quest
The Leader Hozen
A World of Warcraft quest in Kun-Lai Summit. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

Not to be confused with Lederhosen.
This quest was a little buggy for me, as nothing would happen.
To fix, I found that you must stand outside until AFTER the yeti has leapt out of the cage. After that, ensure you can target the NPC to kill before entering the cage.

What to do
Description
The time has come to face the Ook of Dook. We beat him, and the hozen won't have someone telling them to ravage. Here is the plan: Yakshoe will lead Tassle in to arena and scare away Chomp Chomp. Then, you sneak in and fight the Ook of Dook while his hozen are distracted by the yeti rampaging through their home. We'll meet you back at Kota Basecamp with a big reward. Good fortune to you, friend of grummles.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Unleash The Yeti!
Your yeti ride gave me an idea. The Ook of Dook has a pet yeti he named Chomp Chomp. He uses this yeti to scare other hozen in to making him the leader hozen. We need to get rid of that yeti.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Burlap Trail: To Kota Basecamp
This here's hozen lands. Very dangerous. But grummles must trek through. Supplies must reach the Serpent's Spine. Go, protect the next wave of grummles on their trek to Kota Basecamp. If at least one survives, good fortune will find its way to you.
