Is this quest out yet? I'm struggling to find it in the city and I thought I saw a bunch of guide videos saying it should be out this week?
Reading back their announcement article I found this line, "Once you’ve completed Chapter 4 of the campaign—Shadows En Garde— you’ll get a new quest “The Oasis” from Om'talad in Tazavesh which will send you to the Oasis Eco-Dome."So we are currently locked from being able to do this quest for a week as far as I can tell, as for me at least I have a timer saying I have to wait 7 days for forces to gather. So no ecological succession yet :(

Description
Hello again, {name}. Ve'nari asked me to find you. She asked that you meet her in the Oasis. I shall join you shortly. I have some errands to run here first.
