If you have completed the Shadow-Pan Monastery instance through the LFG tool, there will be no follow-up to this quest after you turn it in to Ban.

I wasn't able to start part of this quest line as the "breadcrumb" bit didn't show up in the Loremaster add-on.
However I stubbornly flew around until I found a "!" at 44.49 89.92 (Shado-Master Chung).
That gave me the "To Winters Blossom" quest and I finished in a few minutes.

This has simply gone too far. I cannot ignore our abandonment any longer. After all that's happened here, and all you've been through in Firebough, we must travel to the monastery. Whatever they are doing in there can wait! We can take my balloon up the mountain to the Monastery.
