  2. Yes, there are SUCH WEIRD prequests, even more weird that it have breadcumb with other prequests.

I wasn't able to start part of this quest line as the "breadcrumb" bit didn't show up in the Loremaster add-on.

However I stubbornly flew around until I found a "!" at 44.49 89.92 (Shado-Master Chung).

That gave me the "To Winters Blossom" quest and I finished in a few minutes.

Description

I simply refuse to believe the guards will not grant us entry to the monastery should we impress upon them the seriousness of the situation. Friend, go east, to the sentinel in front of the Monastery, and demand admittance. I will come with you.
