TheWoWDBOnce you accept the quest from Instructor Myang, run down into The Rumpus Pit which is directly in front of the quest giver. Once you are inside The Rumpus Pit, use your "Monastery Fireworks". This will give you a buff called "In the Rumpus" which lasts for two minutes.
You will need to stay alive in The Rumpus Pit until the buff runs out to complete the quest. There are a large amount of mobs that will attack you, however they only have 20K health each and go down fairly quickly.
After you have completed the two minutes, return to Instructor Myang to complete the quest.

FYI:
I don't know if it will help much, but I died with about 6 seconds left of the 2 minutes. I just stayed there dead and didn't go to the cemetery. I got the question mark from the quest giver then went to the cemetery. I ran back, resurrected, and turned it in.I'm not sure how close you'll have to be to the 2 minutes...so it may be worth it stick around until time runs out.
You can use the item while mounted, then just hover above the arena on your flying mount.
