in Remix, the portal to Peak of Serenity is at 50.05 54.42 in Wandering Isle. Just outside of Temple of Five Dawns.
You probably went straight from the Broken Shore to Morning Breeze Village via Zen Pilgrimage. Using Zen Pilgrimage a second time will return you to a graveyard near Devastation Point. Now use it again and you'll find yourself at the top of the stairs facing the artifact forge. Turn around and go halfway down the steps to the mezzanine level. Turn right and you'll see a pool. Walk towards the pool and you'll see a portal inside a small shrine to the right, which takes you to the Peak of Serenity.

Description
Of course, this is no mere story. Ban-Lu served as the personal mount of each of the previous Grandmasters, accompanying them through their travels as a faithful and trusted companion. But... he has not revealed himself since you have become Grandmaster. This is troubling. The last time he was seen was at the Peak of Serenity, after the fall of Grandmaster Hight. It is there that we must begin our search for him.
