Not able to pick up the quest despite being renown 8. If someone figures out some extra requirement, please let us know!
Edit: So I did get the quest now a few hours later. What I have done since last, is finish main campaign (I was already 80 since previously). Then I found a quest in Mereldar that sent me over to Keyrra and I was able to pick up the quest. To me it seems a bit weird that completing main campaign would be required for this, but it's the only big thing that's changed for me.
Had a bit of a hard time finding Dalian Ironlinks Tinderbox. It is with his remains behind the quest mob Sakret'na.

Description
Since the Day of Shadows these lands have been a dangerous place. The kobyss are emboldened, the nerubians probe our lands, creatures of pure shadow have begun to manifest themselves. The memory of those who have fallen is etched in our everyday lives. We must locate their remains to bring closure. Search for the Tinderboxes of these missing expedition members and return them to me.
