Cannot be completed as of now. There's no one to port you to broken shore in my order hall. You may need to wait till your champions back from mission but I doubt it, cause previous quests were completed without issues. You cannot pick quest again if you abandon it. Ptr testing as is.
Ok so if your follower is out on a class hall mission you must wait for that follower to return before you can continue the quest. Spent an hour trying to figure this out till my quests completed this morning.

Description
It would seem that Kanrethad's twisted followers have begun their ritual on the Broken Shore. We must act quickly. The Burning Legion cannot be allowed to use Kanrethad as their weapon. We have acolytes on standby, ready to perform a ritual of summoning on the Broken Shore when you're ready.
