At 73.26 at broken shore you will see a small broken ship go there and you will get an extra button skill to blow the horn
After you first blow the horn in the shipwreck, you need to find the 3 portals nearby and use the horn Extra Action Button again near them.
- One portal is to the east, around 82,29, near where Duke Sithizi
- usually spawns.
- One Portal is along the strand to the southwest, around 67,36.
- One Portal is in the cave (entrance at 66,34) where Eye of Gurgh usually spawns.

Description
You empowered Helya's Horn in Helheim, and now is the time to use it. I have located three Legion portals we should eliminate. Seek out the vrykul shipwreck on Felrage Strand. Call the kvaldir and have them do what they do best: destroy!
