Since on the map for me it wasn't clear: she can be found up in a side room that opens only when Tomb of Sargeras: Lost But Not Forgotten is up. The door towards the side room opens from the chamber where [npc=120808] is. You can find it easily if you are coming back towards the main chamber (Chamber of the Moon) after killing [npc=119072].
