I've gotten 3 of the 4 cosmetics from toons hitting Renown 6 with Tuskarr and being offered this quest. However, 4th toon is not being offered any cosmetics even tho I am missing Azure. I have submitted a ticket. Also, this is not offered for sale by him either. Sadly, don't remember now what options the other toons were offered.
