somewhat bugged - didn't get the grappling hook
so - logged out then back in WHILST IN THE AREA ON MINIMAP
this got me the hookat one point I wandered out of the area with task half done - and hook disappeared
even re-entering correct area didn't get it back - had to relog again
Still bugged. Logged out/back in, quit/relaunched, left area returned (as in left zone and returned). Did another quest, returned. Disabled addons, plenty of bag space, etc. Seems to be Alliance specific.
After numerous attempts, I saw the post about going to /way 37.78 84.88 and that worked.
