it can only be taken from the Rift realm
you can enter the Rift realm through the Korthia rift portals
to enter the portal you need [item=186731].
There are 3 ways to get [item=186731]:
1. Buy it from [faction=2472] vendor - requires Tier 4 research

2. It has a chance to drop from daily treasures - [object=369341] and [object=369327]
3. Has a chance to drop from Korthia rares.

[item=187202] is one of the Tier 4 missing archivist's relics you can search for and bring back to Archivist Roh-Suir.

This item can be only collected in the shadow realm. You need [item=186731] - purchase it from Archivist Roh-Suir (tier 5 research) or randomly looted from rares / treasures.
Now find a rift portal (for example in the cave at /way 42.12 40.97) and pass through it to enter the shadow realm. Now you can see and collect the relic at provided coordinates.

You will get 500 [currency=1931] and 500 rep with Archivist Roh-Suir after turning the quest in.
