Look for the batteries that specifically have a little fountain of purple shooting up from them. If you're a stealth class, you can stay stealthed the whole time, making it super fast and easy.
You need to leave the dome and go to 69,45, talk to the NPC and phase dive. Once inside look for the purple battery cells laying around. It takes a few seconds for the npc following you to collect the energy samples.

Description
Untethered batteries are difficult to create, as they require elusive energies that leak from void storage cells into Untethered Space. However, I know of an individual capable of harvesting this energy. If they can extract and store the energy and return it to me, we will have the necessary components to construct a battery. Speak to Myi Koo and collect the energy, we can then create a battery.
