You need to exit Phase Diving using the extra action button at the conduit. If you exited by right clicking the buff, go back in and exit at the conduit.
To do this quest:
1. Activate the Phase Conduit Shan'dorah (it is opposite of the Shan'dorah flight master)
2. Teleport to Fracture of Laacuna
3. Once there, go to the cave under the hill at /way 56.78 24.11Once done just exit the cave, remove phase buff and fly back to the questgiver, it is much faster.

Description
{class}--I heard you have explored Untethered Space? That place is soaked with pristine void energy. I would like to explore it myself, but the last who have ventured into were consumed by the Void. I need help with my research. There are Phase-Lost creatures in the Voidscar Cavern that I could use to examine their essence. If you could collect that for me, I would be grateful. Go carefully.
