Upon accepting the next quest, Nexus Regicide (see quest chain list above), it did NOT appear in my quest log. And there was no map marker, or minimap arrow to guide me.
Restarting the game did NOT fix this.

BUT:
I could go to next quest location, which is inside the dome at 44,17, and kill the guy inside. After the cutscene and killing another mob, the ? appeared so I could turn the quest in.

Obviously a bug, hope this helps if this happens to you.

That is every comment on this page.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • And We Will AnswerK'aresh · Level 80

This is unthinkable. Heretical! The Shadowguard have captured my warriors and are converting them into new troops for Dimensius--forcing an oath to serve the All-Devouring as the Void fills their being. Free them, <name>. We cannot let this last any longer.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Nexus RegicideK'aresh · Level 80

Now is the time, <name>. We must not hesitate. They will send their strongest to defend this last manaforge. We will find Nexus-Prince Azir there and we will end him before we take this battle to Dimensius. Xal'atath or no Xal'atath, we have what we need to do this. Just one final kill.
