Just take the portal to his retreat, then the portal to the Arcane Pinnacle. After that you activate the frost portal, go there and just drop down the ledge. Very close.

This is part of a quest chain in which the player aids Kalecgos (the new blue dragon aspect) in finding Azuregos and protecting him from the black dragonflight. It spans much of the land of Azshara and is composed of many quests, several of which are completely original in their concepts.

Despite what the quest says, it's not necessary to talk to Anara. During this quest you are not, in fact, dead - the phasing mechanic merely makes it look like death. Simply running far away enough will put you back into the main, "living" phase.

What to do
Description
Azuregos and Kalecgos are due to meet up at the Northern Rocketway Terminus. You should meet with them there to make sure that Kalecgos doesn't require any additional help. Should you prefer to not be dead, Anara will likely be able to help.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Easy is Boring
After a long search with some questionable turns, you've finally found Azuregos. Now it's just a matter of convincing him to meet up with Kalecgos and put an end to the threat of the black dragonflight in Azshara.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Pro-liberation
I knew these guys would be trouble as soon as we started building this tower. Scoffing our bribes. Stealing our workers. Labor isn't cheap with all the construction in Azshara. I need those men back!
