Be slow when going back through the mirrors. I managed to run through one and just fall off the cliff because it didn't register me.
In the final part of the assault where you need to enter four mirrors to redirect Light at the boss there's two things to be aware of:
You cannot enter mirrors on either side while in combat.
If you fall off some of the platforms where the focusing prisms are it may not be possible to climb back up normally. You'll either need to find a really high place and goblin glider down or make your way back to the Maw to try again.
