This NPC is located on the upper level of the building. If you are entering the Ruins of Nar'thalas from the west side, from Illidari Stand, there is a set of stairs on the right near NPC Nightwatcher Thaldrys. Go up the stairs, then cross the bridge to find him.

- if you start from the "Illidari Stand" goes to the East. at the first crossroads goes left, the next left again und then the next right. Goes over the brigde and you will reach the "Ruins of Nar'thalas". Turn right and goes up the stairs, cross the bridge to the other building, there is Captain Volo'ren.
