the path that you are after is at 44.02, 27.44, this goes up to where he spawns up on a platform
To elaborate, go up the path, it will curve around to your right. You'll see a building with an elite naga and her worshippers inside. You can't see it but the building has platforms on the left and right of it. Sarj'eth spawns on the left one. You can sneak around the outside of the building to the left to get to him.
/way 44.02, 27.44 for the ramp up the hill
/way 44.4, 20.3 for his exact location on the platform

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
