If you can't see it (probably because you're alliance) you may be phased at the quest part where the krakken shows up and you have to do the quest to shoot it with the cannons and make it go away first to unphase yourself. Took me 5 minutes of running around to figure this out today!

Description
Some pirates took off with a supply crate that landed further away from this site then intended. I don't think there was anything valuable in there, but now the pirates know we're here. The leader was one of those big lizard men. The worker that kills him will get double pay for the week!
