At this point in the game, this is soloable. (365 spriest)
For those starting a new toon, the 'impossible' quests generally are 'cake' for low levels. i.e. Levels 10-20. Back in the day, it was suicide to do a quest at a low level, but with Blizz's squishing levels and making most zones available to new characters that no longer holds true. It's much easier to get the toughies out of the way at low level than to suffer needless deaths or the pain of finding someone to help later on.
