As a 117 fury warrior 265ilv it can be quite the challenge, killed it by entering the fight with 2 small bees that counts toward the activation of Victory Rush, the bees damage is insignificant. I also had to use Enraged Regeneration towards the end of the fight and use Intimidating Shout to interrupt one of its uninterruptable casts.
The mob can be found in the cave below the mountain, not on top.
