The quest recommends a three person party, but I cleared it easily with a 120 shadow priest 330 ilvl. Kill Boris first.
It appears that they may have hotfixed the rep for these quests. I did them when I first opened up Wolf's Den, and then today when I flew there the two Wanted quests (this one and the one for the Hornet) were again available. Out of curiosity, I accepted, killed the poachers, turned it in, and did indeed receive 250 rep for The Honorbound.
