This how you get the quest "Trouble at Greystone Keep" (with a fresh character):
1.Start Tiragarde Sound by getting the Zone quest on the map.
2.Do the quests related to Flynn and board the ship at Bridgeport.
3.Flynn will be lovesick...and possibly a bit drunk after the shipwreck, and the Sirensong, but make sure you escort him to Freehold.
4.Heartstone or get back to Borealus. The quest "Trouble at Greystone Keep" should now be available from Courier Gerald at
/way 69.4 11 in Borealus. (I only had The Ashvane Trading Company completed in the zone)

A friend of mine, a fellow military courier, had a job at Greystone Keep. The fort lies just outside of Boralus, so I would've expected him to be back by now. I have another job lined up, so could you go check out the fort for me? I'm probably just being paranoid.
