What the Scourge Dred is a dungeon quest for level 15-30 in Drak'Tharon Keep. It rewards 4,100 experience and money.
One of the fleeing Drakkari trolls told me of a great raptor king, Dred, that was immune to the plague.
If you could find King Dred and bring me one of his teeth, perhaps I could fashion it into a weapon.

Kurzel: One of the fleeing Drakkari trolls told me of a great raptor king, Dred, that was immune to the plague. If you could find King Dred and bring me one of his teeth, perhaps I could fashion it into a weapon.
Me: Wait. Immune to the plague?
Kurzel: Yeah? What of it?
Me: Well...wouldn't be be better to keep it alive for research for a cure? I mean, if I knew that a year ago when I still felt like coming here, I probably would have told someone about it...
Kurzel: Would have, should have, could have. Less talk, more teeth.
Me: Could I at least have the weapon you'll make out of it?
Kurzel: No.
<Completion> ... That's what she said !
A giant raptor that's immune to the plague that not even the Emerald Dream, Alexstrasza or the Naaru could cure... and she wants us to kill it to made a weapon out of its tooth? Not, I dunno, haul it back to the CIA labs for intensive study?
