If you approach [npc=42465] too quickly you maybe be unable to finish the quest ("What The Stonemother Knows failed"). To fix this I had to abandon the quest and fly back to Thrall at the entrance to The Stonecore to pick it up again.
When I arrived back at Therazane's Throne I landed far away from her and walked slowly towards her, which prompted the dialogue:
Therazane: You overreact, Terrath. Answers will come. Ah, a mortal approaches. Wherever there is trouble, the flesh is not far away, hm?
I was then able to turn in the quest and progress.
If you don't have a flying mount yet, you can use the special extra action button to summon an Air Elemental that will act as a flying mount.

Description
We must split up. I am still badly wounded from my encounter with Geth'xun, and I don't want to appear weak before the Stonemother. This task falls to you. Travel to Therazane's Throne and speak to Therazane herself. Find out if she has seen the Doomhammer. Help her if she asks. She is dangerous and mercurial, but this is her realm, and without her aid we will find nothing.
