While this quest is up, Tehd will have a new friend with him: Syaith, who teaches scribes the Glyph of the Shadow Succubus if they blow her a kiss.
You don't need to be 110 to learn the glyph from her; my scribe learnt it at 98, and without Legion Inscription (it didn't show up in his inscription recipes at that point though).

As of Midnight, this quest is bugged - entering the portal teleports you to the quest destination for less than a second before teleporting you back to broken shore side of the portal, making the quest impossible to complete.
