While the above comment was helpful. I don't have co-ordinates. I did as he said, however, and looked around, and soon found him inside one of the large tents to the North of the camp. I have submitted a screenshot of the specific location. Hope this helps!

Description
<Khan Kammah listens as you explain the demonic threat, and Khan Leh'prah's visions.> No one need lecture us about the demons, {race}. It is they who drove our clan from our ancestral lands.
