TheWoWDBWith this kind of slow ass respawn it's best to just camp the spot on 42 61 (near Kilxl spawn), there are 2 eyes close to each other.
@edit - respawn seems to be fixed a bit so feel free to fly around, but it is still a decent spot for doing this quest.

Yet another terrible 8.3. daily. Not worth the time to complete in it's current state, imo. Not nearly enough spawns. Unless you enjoy spending 30 minutes completing a single daily, best to skip.
Horrible quest, only a few spawns and many players flying around looking for them.....

Description
Were it not enough for our enemy to apply deadly force against us, their minions also strike into the very heart of our defenders. I speak, of course, of the eyes. They peer into the souls of our warriors and produce their darkest fears against them. If we have any hope to defeat this foe, they must be destroyed.
