Let me see if I can add something useful to this, the vaguest, most uninformative thread yet:
The elevator is located at the extreme northwest end of Warsong Hold.
Create a macro: "/tar Gara Skullcrush" or '/tar gar' for short to target NPC.
When you locate this NPC, walk in the direction she is facing.
Wait for elevator.

The elevator is just down to ramp where you land with the zeppelin in Warsong Hold.
10 years layer and this is still the most useful comment in this thread. That Elevator might as well be invisible

What to do
Description
You're a tough mother, {name}. I think your talents are better suited elsewhere - like the root of the whole damn problem! <Razgor points to the west.> A thousand Scourge, at least four full sized floating death machines and who knows what else. But you're gonna find out and then you're gonna handle it... That's right, you're gonna beat the hell out of the Scourge army that's currently beating down our door. Get to the top of Warsong Hold and report to Wind Master To'bor. He'll be expecting you.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
