Work Order: Dominance Offensive II is a Horde-only quest for level 15-35 in Valley of the Four Winds. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
Once your red blossom leeks are ready to be picked, you'll need only to package them for pick-up.
Just think; your red blossom leeks will be a part of your faction's efforts in Pandaria!

If you turn in this quest, and then do "Work Order: Dominance Offensive I" the same day, you will NOT get offered this quest as a follow up.
Don't despair and dig up your crops, though! You will get re-offered this quest on the following day the moment you
harvest your first cropclick on the blue ! over the Empty Crate next to your field.(EDIT: As of 5.4, the get-the-quest-automatically-by-harvesting-a-crop mechanism seems to be broken. Be sure you click on the Empty Crate or you'll waste a day!)
If you're looking for the quest turn-in, it's on a wagon on the sw corner of the farm. It did not show correctly on my mini-map and was not easily seen. After the turn-in, part I (planting) becomes available again.
It should be noted if you get a Bursting crop, DO NOT harvest until the next day. You must harvest all 8 after a daily reset.

Possession of the Lesser Charms of Good Fortune will result in great happiness and the eventual conversion into Warforged Seals, which allow players to risk a coin to receive a bonus reward from raid encounters.
Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
