Work Order: The August Celestials II is a quest for level 15-35 in Valley of the Four Winds. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
Once your striped melons are ready to be picked, you'll need only to package them for pick-up.
A trainee from the Cradle of Chi-Ji will be along shortly to collect their order.

If you turn in this quest, and then do "Work Order: The August Celestials I" the same day, you will NOT get offered this quest as a follow up.
Don't despair and dig up your crops, though! You will get re-offered this quest on the following day the moment you
harvest your first crop. (Or, according to axelia's report below, click on the empty crate.)(EDIT: As of 5.4, the get-the-quest-automatically-by-harvesting-a-crop mechanism seems to be broken. You have to click on the empty crate with the blue ! over it instead.)
Why is the NPC picking up the melons in her underwear?
If you're looking for the quest turn-in, it's on a wagon on the sw corner of the farm. It did not show correctly on my mini-map and was not easily seen. After the turn-in, part I (planting) becomes available again.

These brave Pandaren defend the temples of Pandaria from the evils of the Sha.
Reputation group: Mists of Pandaria.
Possession of the Lesser Charms of Good Fortune will result in great happiness and the eventual conversion into Warforged Seals, which allow players to risk a coin to receive a bonus reward from raid encounters.
