TheWoWDBIn Order to pick up this quest, you need to be in Shal'aran. The quest materialises at 36.40 45.09,
just in front of the portal to Elune'eth. If you have issues with your World Quest completing, just
go to the same spot and it will auto-complete.As long as you have the Runescale Koi in your bags or in your bank, the quest can be completed.
Best to have a stock of fish in the bank so you can complete the World Quest immediately the quest
pops up. There are World Quests for all of the common fish so keep a stock handy in your bank :-)Come Fly With Me :-)

I had the same issue, but if you go into Shal'Aran cave (behind FP), it automatically pops up on your screen to complete.
Coodinates for cave entrance: 34.7, 48.2 (within Suramar map)
Directions W/o coordinates: Open the Suramar Map. Slightly Westward of the Center of the map there is a location called 'Meredil'. Just north of the letter 'R' in the word 'Meredil', bottom of the hill, there are 2 upright broken pillars (see submitted photo) to the right of a waterfall. Just head down into cave and you'll find NPC First Arcanist Thalyssra about 73 yards into the cave, where you turn this in at!
I know this is submitted years later, but even now in patch 9.1 I couldn't remember how I completed this when it was relevant and now that Chromie Time is a thing, this should help future completists!
