I do not have this quest but I still cannot get it, maybe it's conflicted with sone other quest too - Edit: I have Eye for an Eye, a quest from Grizzled quest chain, let me complete it to see if it works - Edit2: Completed the quest chain, no quest for me :/

The Horde spilled a lot of blood in Brennadam. Now it's time to spill some more. The scent of blood makes predators in these hills go crazy. We use it to lure animals when hunting. The Horde forces are occupying caves up in the hills.
