TheWoWDBCurrently there is no marker or handy hint when you complete this as to where to hand in. When you have killed Yarsel'ghun you need to go back to Dire Hills Lodge where you picked up the quest and hand in to Lea Martinel.
Edit: For those struggling to remember where Dire Hills Lodge is. Head North out of Brennadam on the road. To the right there will be a path amongst the hills where the wolves are, that should lead you back into the lodge.

You can get the by going north up the hills, there will be a passage on top of the mountain, [npc=136942] is standing near the waterfall.
