The best, or shall I say the fastest way to smack some [npc=59718] is to find those who mounted a yak (they will be running all over the field with a Fear spell animation above them). When you pull a Despoiler it will take time for him to get off his yak and strike you back. That's when you kick in some chunky burst damage with no retaliation ;) Good luck

Description
Yaungols! They come through here taking what they want and destroying whatever's left. I can't have these thugs destroy the last pieces of the Yak Wash here. It's all my boy and I have left. Head over to our old ranch and dish out some pain on them yaungols. I bet if you kill enough of them they'll think twice before attacking anything in this area.
