Just in case your wondering where the portal is like I was. The gateway you used to enter the trials will transport you where you need to go.

Great guide Ch3wy :) Just thought I'd add that after handing in Fade to Black, Azuregos will appear and give you the quest Farewell, Minnow which rewards you with a lovely Faded Wizard Hat NB: Having read from some other posters and encountering the same problem myself, Azuregos doesn't always immediately spawn to give you the quest for the hat - I simply ran away a little bit and he was there when I returned.

The Trial of ShadowAzshara · Level 5-30
Let us not be confined by the bounds of the mage repertoire of magic. I, for one, choose not to be classist. Necromancy can just be so much fun! Touch the Shadow Crystal to open a portal to my Trial of Shadow. Once there, move to the Altar when you are ready to begin.

Wasn't It Obvious?Azshara · Level 5-30
Azuregos! Yes, of course. Troubled old dragon, but lovely heart. I don't think all the years of vagabonds assaulting him have done him much good. He's a mite strange these days.
