TheWoWDBI wasn't able to drop the trap because it said I was in the wrong area. I flew to the north to change the location and flew back and it worked. Minimap read that I was back in the Nook and I was able to drop the trap. Hope this helps.

1. Search for quest NPC "Kobai" ( /tar Kobai.. the spawn timer is terrible at the moment tho, but he yells when he appears)

3. Use the quest item [item=81741] and lure him into it
4. A special button will appear - click it
5. [npc=61333] will appear - kill it
The "button" you need to press to steal the mask is the "extra action button".
In my UI, Bartender had hidden it, so I had to enable it again to be able to click on it.
You do not need to kill Kobai - just catch him, grab the mask (the button steals and puts on the mask) and then kill the Malevolent Fury.

Description
Simply killing Kobai will accomplish nothing, as he is possessed by a particularly powerful and destructive Sha - Malevolent Fury. You will use the trap I have fashioned from the Blinding Rage Essences you brought. Lure him into the trap, and then steal his mask. Once you put it on, Malevolent Fury will appear and attempt to take control of you. Defeat him, and we will have made a victory of this tragic situation. You can find him to the north of the retreat, where he taunts us in insane rage.
