How it works
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its area radius is 5 yards. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec. It triggers Diminish.
What it does
Overload is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 5 yard radius every 1 sec. It also casts Diminish.
